Mosaic Basics is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Mosaic Basics does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Secure site! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Look for "https" in your web browser address bar when you reach the Checkout page.

Your credit card information is not stored on this server or on any of Mosaic Basics' computers.

Returns:

Please e-mail us for a return authorization and instructions. Full, unused bags of tile may be returned for a refund or exchange. Full refunds are given for returns authorized within two weeks after you receive your order. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted on returns authorized 15 or more days after your order arrives.

We're sorry, but books, tools, special order items and close-out items cannot be returned.

Software cannot be returned. We will arrange an exchange or replacement of defective software.

Shipping:

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We usually ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order (weekends and holidays excepted). We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays.

Our preferred methods of shipment are UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. FedEx is available for overnight shipping.
