About Shipping:

We do our best to ship your mosaic tile within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (weekends and holidays not included).

We ship UPS , U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail

Priority Mail is often the best value for smaller packages. UPS Ground is a better value for large packages. All packages to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Priority Mail generally takes two to three days to arrive, but that is not guaranteed. We use delivery confirmation on all of our USPS packages, which is not as comprehensive as UPS tracking. Delivery confirmation may not show up in the postal system computers until the package arrives at your local post office.

UPS Ground

Packages shipped UPS Ground can take upwards of a week to arrive if you are on the west coast. Please check the map below for estimated “in transit” times for UPS Ground:

A tip: if you live in the eastern half of the United States , UPS Ground is just as fast as UPS 3-day Select. If that’s the case and you choose 3-day Select, we’ll most likely send your order Ground, send you an e-mail to let you know and reduce your shipping charge to reflect the savings.

Rush Orders

If you need your package asap, e-mail barbaravargas@mindspring.com and let us know. There are several ways to get your tile to you within a day or two. We’ll help you find the most economical way to meet your deadline.

International Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service to ship internationally. Rates can be very economical ($7.00 to Canada, $9.00 to most other countries) for many packages weighing less than four pounds. If you’d like a postage quote, e-mail barbaravargas@mindspring.com with a list of items you’re considering purchasing and we’ll get back to you within a day.
